“OCTOBER 24, 2026 at 17:30 Cao Lam staff made the customer find scissors to cut off the tape and paper themselves when shipping a motorbike from Phan Thiet to Saigon. From Phan Thiet, I had already asked them to wrap it carefully and thoroughly, but by evening they called me to say they had broken the mirror and said they would pay for it. Okay, no problem, but the next morning I had to take a Grab from home to the 270 Tran Phu bus station to pick it up, only to be told I arrived too early so they hadn't had time to replace the mirror yet. I was still fine with that and took a Grab from CAO LAM to work. In the afternoon, I took another Grab from work to CAO LAM, and the male employee told me the bike was outside and to go get it. MAY I ASK HOW I'M SUPPOSED TO GET IT, BRO?, THEN I HAD TO GO IN AND ASK IF HE HAD SCISSORS?, WHAT ARE YOU HIRING MALE EMPLOYEES THERE FOR?, TO MAKE CUSTOMERS FIND SCISSORS THEMSELVES AND CUT ALL THE TAPE AND PAPER WRAPPING THE BIKE. JUST SITTING THERE WATCHING THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT A WORD OF HELP. DID I PAY MONEY TO RECEIVE THIS KIND OF SERVICE? I'VE TRAVELLED MANY TIMES HERE, AND ON THE 23RD I BOUGHT TICKETS THERE AND BACK AND TRANSPORTED A BIKE FROM SAIGON AND SWAPPED A BIKE FROM MY HOMETOWN TO BRING BACK TO SAIGON—THAT ALONE WAS NOT CHEAP. I HAVEN'T LOST MY TEMPER YET, BUT DON'T ACT SO SHITTY. COMPLAINING ON HERE WITHOUT USING PROFANITIES IS ALREADY SHOWING A LOT OF RESPECT. AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS CAO LAM BUS OPERATOR AGAIN.”
