“Ended up in my destination 50 minutes earlier, which wouldn’t have been a problem if the driver wasn’t driving this crazy. The staff was quite rude, even without speaking English. At one point I had to transfer to a different vehicle, which I wasn’t informed about earlier. The safety belt was not working. I thought I’m gonna die or get kidnapped.”
